REPLACEMENT FOR GOODS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

We hope you never have a reason to contact us for issues with our products, but we understand that things happen. Because we are a small business, we cannot, at this time offer exchanges or refunds on products. (Please see common issues described in the ‘terms of service’ - linked below).

We do, however, want to be sure your products reach you intact. We take care in wrapping your purchases, but once they leave our hands, we have no control over what happens to them. Please inspect your items within 7 days of receipt. If an item was damaged/broken during shipping, we want to help! Please do not burn any damaged candles as this may be a fire hazard.

Please take a picture of the damaged item and the box it arrived in. Attach the picture(s) to an email with the subject line: “Damaged Product” to CrazyChemistCandles@gmail.com. We will be happy to replace the product at no additional cost to you.
